In developing and managing new student accommodation, we know that it's all about location, location, location. We know our customers want to live close to transport links, close to the city centre and close to their university campus. This is what we base our land search criteria on. We have unbeatable in-house expertise to find the right development sites and then bring them from concept, to construction and then completion.

About our properties Walk into one of our branded student properties and you’ll find a warm welcome from our on site management team. There is a wide range of options, from studios to double rooms to traditional five-bedroom flats. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room and broadband connections. Our accommodation is not catered so each flat has it’s own kitchen and lounge area. There are also communal areas with games, chill-out rooms, cycle storage and laundry facilities. Many of our properties also have gyms and quiet rooms, too.
