ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 2,108 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
It is expected admission will be granted on 18 December 2009 and trading will commence on 21 December 2009.
These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options under The UNITE Group plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
