ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 8,789 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
It is expected admission will be granted on 26 February 2010 and trading will commence on 1 March 2010.
These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options under The UNITE Group plc Approved Share Option Scheme.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
