Having worked in partnership with many universities across England, Scotland and Wales since
1994, UNITE are using this experience coupled with our property development expertise to design and implement On-Campus solutions for universities across the UK. These include new developments, property management, the transfer of estates and the provision of soft and hard FM services. It is our strategy to develop this area of our business, focussing on university partnerships that demonstrate a real opportunity to provide better quality accommodation and service to the student population. | The experience gained from managing a 40,000 bed estate enables us to provide a blend of services and tools to meet our customer and university requirements. Further to this we also benefit from our well established processes and systems that, following years of research and refinement, now truly enhance the student living experience. We expect that demand for On-Campus services and wider partnerships will grow in the coming years and as such are investing significant resources and capital to ensure that UNITE continues to be best placed to serve universities and students in the future. |
