Who we are
UNITE is the UK’s leading operator of purpose built student accommodation providing a home for 42,000 students in over 130 properties across 23 of the UK’s strongest university cities.
Our Business Structure
Our business is divided into two Business Units - Operations and Property.
Funds and Joint Ventures
We also operate and run for funds or Joint Ventures: UNITE Student Accommodation Fund (USAF), OCB, UCC and the London Student Accommodation Vehicle (LSAV).
Our Board
Our Board is made up of four Executive Directors and five Non-Executive Directors.
Our Strategy
We have three strategic objectives: growing recurring profit, selective development activity and managing our balance sheet.
