Moonraker Point is ideally situated in an excellent Zone 1 location, enabling students to make the most of living in London. It is our fifth development in the borough and will provide an additional 671 bed spaces, made up of 127 studios and 544 rooms in shared flats, all with ensuite bathrooms. Moonraker Point is in close proximity to several London universities including the King’s College London, London School of Economics and the University of the Arts, and the site also benefits from excellent transport links, including Southwark, Borough, London Bridge and London Waterloo underground stations.

Wellington Lodge is within five minutes walk from Waterloo station, providing numerous underground over ground links into Central London and beyond. The entirely modular constructed, 146 bed property provides a range of flats of different sizes, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as nine studio flats. The site is also located five minutes away from Lambeth North tube station (zone 1) and excellent bus links serve the area. Both Kings College and South Bank University are within a ten minute walk from the site.

North Lodge will provide a further 528 bed spaces, all with en-suite bathrooms, close to our existing property, Emily Bowes Court. The popular site benefits from excellent links to central London and a lower rent reflecting the zone 2/3 location.

Kelvin Court is set in the heart of Glasgow’s West End which has a shortage of purpose built student accommodation. The 477 bed site is just a few minutes’ walk from Glasgow University, 15 minutes’ from the city centre and has excellent bus and underground links. Kelvin Court contains a range of studios and shared flats, all with en-suite bathrooms and the property has Wi-Fi internet throughout.
