As UCAS confirms another record year for university applications, student accommodation provider UNITE is making an extra 1,125 beds available for students in London.
Demand for quality student housing in the Capital already outstrips supply by two to one and with applications at some universities in London up by 49%*, the problem is getting worse. UNITE is aiming to bridge the gap with three new properties, two in Islington and one in Southwark.
All three properties are now open for bookings for the 10/11 academic year offering a range of living options from studios to en-suite rooms in shared flats. Room prices start from £199 per week and are inclusive of utility bills, in-room internet access and contents insurance.
UNITE provides accommodation that is specifically designed for students, recognising that all customers have different lifestyles and expectations. The new London properties combine modern design with all the comforts that students are used to at home.
UNITE has dedicated Property Management Teams to ensure all its properties run smoothly at all times. CCTV, secure door entry systems and 24 hour security cover are also in operation.
Show flats for each of the new properties are now open to show students exactly what they can look forward to if they book to live with UNITE.
