We listen to our customers and deliver what they want – we're not saying it's easy finding a solution for individual customers but we certainly try by offering choice and flexibility and focus on customer experience. Our accommodation is varied so you can book a premier room, a double en-suite studio or a flat sharing with five of your friends. There’s no doubt that we’ve learnt a lot from our customers as our business has grown, but one thing we have always done and will continue to do is to prioritise the safety and security of our customers.
