Unite Students open new addition to London portfolio – St Pancras Way – 01 October 2014

Unite students the UK’s leading developer and manager of student accommodation, announces the opening of its latest London property, ‘St Pancras Way’. The property provides a home for 571 students studying in the capital and is fully let for the 2014/15 academic year.

Located in the culturally rich and diverse area of Camden Town in Zone 1, St Pancras Way is a five minute walk from Kings Cross & St Pancras International station and within walking distance of Regent’s Park and The British Library. The property is adjacent to the Royal Veterinary College and in close proximity to the new University of Arts campus in Kings Cross as well as many of London’s other higher education institutions.

St Pancras Way has been designed and built to Unite’s new specification, providing a modern high quality look and feel at a competitive price point. The property includes features such as high speed 20MB Wi-Fi and LED lighting. The opening of St Pancras Way will provide students with the opportunity to meet local businesses and charities, including representatives from Cancer Research UK, Unite Students national charity partner. Unite Students have been working with Cancer Research UK for the last two years in London and students have so far raised over £113,000 by recycling unwanted items through Donation Stations in Unite Students properties. The items which are donated are then sold in Cancer Research UK shops to fund ground-breaking research into the prevention, cure and control of cancer.
